In SOC 5.3 you are asked to analyze the connections between race, socioeconomic class, and deviance/crime. 

The video lecture includes some data in which a sociology could use to study this topic. In the crime of robbery, I looked at how many robberies were committed in 2015, how many of these were done by men/women, how many of these were done by the primary races in the U.S. and how many of these were committed in rural areas. We could have also looked at how any of these robberies took place in cities and suburbs.
